A calendar download needs one more step
Choose general booking or the correct Tatkal class group, calculate the opening, then import the downloaded file into your calendar. Downloading a file alone does not enable a notification. Check the event date, time and alert setting after import.
Check the time zone
Railway booking times use Indian Standard Time. If you are travelling or your device uses another time zone, verify how your calendar displays the event. A reminder should give you time to sign in and check your chosen service.
This does not monitor your PNR
Calendar reminders are one-off events stored in your chosen calendar. They do not check changes to a booking, guarantee a notification delivery or reserve a ticket. PNR email monitoring remains unavailable.
