Report a website problem
Include the page address, the button you used, the visible error and whether you used a phone or computer. For a translation error, paste the sentence and your suggested wording. Hide the PNR, names and ticket QR code in any screenshot.
Ticket actions belong with the booking service
RailQ cannot cancel a booking, approve a refund or allocate a berth. Use your official booking service for those actions and railway assistance for an onboard problem. This form is for RailQ feedback; it is not an urgent railway helpdesk.
